Changes

:Someone's obviously forgotten about [[Earthbound Immortals]] and [[Infernity]] cards. Hardened Armed Dragon makes Earthbound Immortals at least Tier 3, and Infernities regularly place in the top 16, making them at least Tier 2. And about your list, E-Heroes are situational/weak/have a SELECT few good cards, and the same follows for Destiny Heroes, Evil Heroes, Volcanics (have nothing good), Crystal Beasts (see Volcanics), Cyber Girls (never heard of a deck that has them, they suck so much), Cyber Dragons are good but are almost never played in nationals, every Dark Armed themed deck was killed two formats ago, Cyber Darks suck competitively now, Dinosaurs suck period, Roids suck, too, and Lightsworns are slowly getting the boot from competition. It was these two cards (and [[Yata-Garasu|these]] [[Time Seal|ones]] too, probably) that have made the largest impact on the game - the creation of the Forbidden List, along with Konami's paranoia of introducing a gamebreaker so powerful that a similar incident would be repeated.
