At Twelve hours into the [[Duelist Kingdom (island)|Duelist Kingdom]] it's now 12 hours since Duel timetournament, a man walk in the night, he call the duelists that none of them can sleep safely tonighthas fallen. At the gang they sit near a tree, [[Joey WheelerPaniK|Jounochi]] screams saying that he hungry then [[Honda]] ask about the time and [[Bakura]] answer him saying that it just around eight O'Clock, [[Yugi]] say that it got real dark and quiet really fast, Honda wonder that he haven't seen any other duelists for a while and Jounochi answer him that there ain't any guys who duel when it's dark out and say that he still hungry, he screams ''Shit, Man'' and say ''Screw [[Star Chips]]'' he want some freaking food, Yugi say that he want some potato chips instead of Star Chips, [[Anzu]] say that she could really go for a nice bath right now, and say that when they come here, she was thinking this place might be a little like a resort, but it sucks, Jounochi look happy because he found a mushroom and saying that he gonna eat it, Bakura, Honda and Yugi try to stop him, then [[MaiA strange man]] appear, she eats a choconuts, saying ''What a Crowd'' and say that all of them seem so hungry, Bakura, Honda, Jounochi and Yugi look surprised saying ''look so good'', Jounochi screams at Mai saying ''What the Hell are she here for'' she reply saying that this choconuts bar is really good, then she ask Jounochi to trade her chocolate bar with his star chips, he reply saying ''Like Hell he do that'' and say that theses star chips are like his life, Mai tell him that she just joking and say that if she really was that much of a ''Low-Life Duelist'' she wouldn't have made them her enemies in the first place, Jounochi tell her ''not to fuck with him'', she tell him not to look at her with that starving expression like that if he going to bite her, he look angry calling her ''Smart-Ass Bitch'', she then tell the gang why don't they call a truce for tonight, she say that all of them are duelists, they need to take it easy once in a while, Yugi look happy saying ''That True'' and say that they all tired from dueling all day, Jounochi think that this is just doesn't feel right, he don't trust Mai, Mai tell them so they want something to eat saying that she have all sorts of stuff and say if they can get a fire going they can cook something. all the gang look in surprise when they see the food, Honda reply a tent, a lantern, and say that she has everything, they ask her if she get all of this herself?, she answer that all the duelists here are strangers that she can't trust, so it make sense to bring this much, she tell the boys that the cooking is all their job, Yugi look happy and say ''let's get to work''. Yugi hold a sticks to use them to get a fire, Bakura tell him to leave the cooking to him he pretty good at it, Mai order Jounochi to fetch some water, Jounochi tell honda why the hell they have to take orders from this chick, Honda call Jounochi a Dumbass telling him that they get food out of it and telling him just suck it up for now Jounochi. Yugi tell Bakura that this is going to be fun it's just like camping and Bakura agree. Mai look surprised at Yugi saying that she only have heard rumors about him and say but right now he's like a different person compared to this afternoon, Anzu tell her that the same goes for her why are she suddenly acting so nice to them, Mai reply her that she is a girl too, twenty-four hours is going to pass by really fast. Mai think that the only one most surprised by these twerps is herself almost naturally they've accepted her into their little group it's so strange, she always been alone up till now, she tell Anzu that they all a strange bunch and she tell her how come she always hang out with them?. Yugi tell Mai says that she already have 8 star chips so she might be the first to reach the castle tomorrow, Mai tell him but eventually she will fight him too, Yugi look surprised, Duelists should sleep while Anzu tell them to forget the dueling for now they called a truce for right now, Mai tell them in the morning everyone an enemy that what it means to be a duelist, she stand and walk away and thanks them for the food, she say that she heading back to her tent and tell Anzu if she want she can bunk with her and telling her that she never know what could happen with these guys around, Jounochi angry saying ''What was that'' because he say ''what an annoying girl''. the time now is 10:00 PM the boys sleeps under a tree, Jounochi say that he stuffed they can sleep right here. Yugi hold his [[Yugi's camcorder|camcorder]] he talk with his [[Solomon|grandpa]], he told him that he already gotten 6 star chips today, grandpa tell him that this is amazing, Yugi tell him that tomorrow the last day [[Pegasus]] is waiting at his castle, and Yugi promise that he will beat him and save his grandpa, Grandpa tell him to have a good night sleep and Yugi reply him good night, Yugi find that the others has sleep so he sleep too, Mai look at them and find that they sleep. at Mai and Anzu in their tent, Mai doesn't wear her jacket, Anzu ask Mai so she always worked with cards, Mai tell her that she was a casino dealer on a cruise ship that travelled the world everyday were rich opponents with experience and cards, all the time were countless men coming trying to make a quick buck, every single one of them fell for her aroma card trick, eventually, she just came to hate people, all theses greedy people looking only for money, she then say that the reason she came to this island was to restore her duelist's pride and her pride as a woman and also to find something that used to be important to her way back when... she then say that it's strange just looking at them all, she say for some reason she keep thinking back, by the way she ask Anzu that she have a crush on Yugi, don't she? Mai think ''Shit, by hiding in the darkness he's impossible to attack, without any method to beat him''. then the Player killer tell her that it's the rule and tell her to give him all her star chips, he said that she disqualified. Yugi and Anzu run to find her. the player killer think that this one should be easy, he ordered to beat this brat, Mai tells Yugi to be careful that this guy is a player killer from the island staff that goes around steal star chips from the players. the player killer say that he will eliminate Yugi just like what he did to this woman. Mai tell Yugi this is far as she got, she can't make that dream of her to fight Yugi real, then [[Dark Yugi]] comes out and tell Mai don't worry he will beat his fat ass and get back the star chips he stole from Mai.

==Production history=='''The Man Who Came With The Night!''' is the 21th chapter of Elsewhere [[Yu-Gi-Oh! DuelistKatsuya Jonouchi (manga)|Jonouchi]]is complaining about his hunger. It is just past eight o'clock and he and his friends have not seen any other Duelists for a while. In Jonouchi says that nobody would want to Duel in the Japanese manga dark as it is would just make them hungrier. He yells at the 80th chapter of moon, saying that he wants food, not [[Star Chip]]s. [[Yu-Gi-Oh! Anzu Mazaki (manga)|Yu-Gi-Oh!Anzu]]sighs that she would like a nice bath. It was first printed in Japanese in the She had been expecting an island resort, but finds [[V JumpDuelist Kingdom (island)|Duelist Kingdom]] magazineawful. It was reprinted in volume 10 Jonouchi finds a mushroom and decides to eat it. [[Yugi Mutou (manga)|Yugi]], [[Hiroto Honda (manga)|Honda]] and [[Ryo Bakura (manga)|Bakura]] try to talk him out of it, as the Japanese graphic novels and it could be poisonous. [[Yu-Gi-Oh! She then teases them by eating a walnut chocolate bar and offers to trade Jonouchi a piece for one of his Star Chips. Jonouchi refuses, stating that his Star Chips are his life. Mai winks and says that she was kidding; she would have never faced him in the first place if she thought he was that lowly a Duelist. Jonouchi angrily asks why Mai is making a fool out of him. Mai jokes that he looks hungry and says that he better not bite her. Jonouchi asks why would he and calls her a stupid girl. Mai suggests that they have a ceasefire for the night, since they are both Duelists and must need a break. Being tired from the Duels that day, Yugi agrees, but Jonouchi is suspicious that Mai is up to something. Mai offers to share her food and says that they can cook if they can start a fire. She empties out the Yu-Gi-Oh! contents of her bag; a Sun Shower II portable shower, a tent, a lantern, soap, a first aid kit and provisions, including Znickey bars, Indian curry, canned chicken, rice, mackerel miso and xylitol. The others are impressed that Mai brought all this herself. She explains that a Duelist graphic novels in Englishmust be prepared and cannot always rely on the kindness of strangers. Since she brought the food, she tells the boys that the cooking is their job. Yugi and Bakura are okay with this. Bakura claims to be good a cooking and he and Yugi agree that this is fun, like camping. Jonouchi is not as happy.
