He uses both [[monster]]s to [[Exceed Summon]] "[[No. Number 39 Aspiring Emperor Hope: Utopia]]" (2500/2000) in [[Attack Position]]. "Emperor Hope" [[attack]]s and [[destroy]]s "[[Drill Barnacle]]" (Ryoga 3700 → 2500).

[[Ryoga Kamishiro|Ryoga]] activates "[[Surfacing]]", Special Summoning "[[Big Jaws]]" (1800/300). He [[Tribute]]s it to Summon "[[Jawsman]]" (2600/1200). It gains 300 [[ATK]] for each [[WATER]] monster he [[control]]s, so it gains 300 ATK. "[[No. Number 17 : Leviath Dragon]]" attacks "Emperor Hope", but Yuma activates the [[effect]] of "Emperor Hope", [[negate|negating]] the attack by [[send]]ing the [[Exceed Material Monster|overlaid]] "Ganbara Knight" to the Graveyard. "Jawsman" attacks "Emperor HopeUtopia", but Yuma activates his [[face-down]] "[[Bye Bye Damage]]", inflicting [[effect damage|damage]] to Ryoga equal to double the amount Yuma took (Yuma 500 → 100, Ryoga 2500 → 1700).

Yuma attacks "Leviath Dragon" with "Emperor HopeUtopia", with Yuma negating his own attack by sending the overlaid "Gagaga Magician" to the Graveyard. He then activates the [[Quick-Play Spell Card]] "[[Double Up Chance]]", letting "Emperor HopeUtopia" attack again, with its ATK doubled. (Ryoga 1700 → 0).
