Monsters that are Special Summoned from the Extra Deck must be Special Summoned to an [[Extra Monster Zone]] or a [[Linked Zone]]. Monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck cannot be Special Summoned to a [[Main Monster Zone]] unless it is a [[Link Point]].
Prior to Master Rule 4, There are there were no restrictions regarding the [[Monster Zone]]s to which monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck can be Summoned.
