Since [[Fairy Dragon]] is now in the TCG, you can use a [[Fusion-Substitute Monster]]. But you can also summon it with the effect of [[Summoner of Illusions]].
Note: you must use a [[fusion-substitute monster]] because [[Amazon of the seas]] has not been released out of japan for the TCG.
