Fuma activates the Spell Card "[[Rank-Up Magic - Barian's Force]]", which allow him to perform an summon a [[Chaos Xyz]] and summon a monster one Rank higher than the one [[Xyz Monster]] used to summon it, using it as the [[Xyz Material]] along with the Xyz Materials attached to it. Fuma performs a [[Chaos Xyz Evolution]], overlaying Rank 3 "Anginel" to Xyz Summon Rank 4 "[[Chaos Xyz: Machine-Armored Djinn, Angeneral]]" (2600/1600) in Attack Position. Via the effect of "[[Rank-Up Magic - Barian's Force]]", as "Angeneral" was successfully Xyz Summoned, it can target 1 Xyz Monster the opponent controls and take all Xyz Materials from that target and attach them to "Angeneral", and the target loses 300 ATK for each Xyz Material detached. Via this effect "Utopia" loses both of its [[Xyz Material]] and its ATK decreases by 600 (2500 → 1900).
