I use this card in combination with the Ancient Gear deck. What I need is an explanation of its skills, especially "When Special Summoned, card effects cannot be activated." Does it mean that after being Special Summoned no card effects can be activated unless it is destroyed or changed face-down or only lasts until its Special Summoning is completed? :You don't need rulings for this. It's similar to the Egyptian God cards, like "[[Obelisk the Tormentor]]". That sentence means '''only at the exact moment''' it is Special Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated.
