** Reason for contradiction: Despite this card's anime lore, both "[[Immortal Homeostasis]]" and "[[Wave of Ill Intent]]" were not counted for this card's damage effect.
* [[Call of the Haunted]]" - [[Target]] 1 [[Monster Card|monster]] in your [[Graveyard]]; [[Special Summon]] that target in [[face-up]] [[Attack Position]]. When this card [[leaves the field]], [[destroy]] that target. When that target is removed from the field, destroy this card.
** Reason for contradiction: This card was destroyed when [[Grady]] used "[[Blizzard Lizard]]" and "[[Dark Tuner Catastrogue]]" for a [[Dark Synchro Summon]] even though "Blizzard Lizard" wasn't destroyed. This error is also somewhat present in GX when monsters summoned via this card's effect are removed from the field instead of just being destroyed.
