Later during [[Reginald Kastle|Shark]]'s Duel with [[Abyss (character)|Abyss]], [[Durbe]] and [[Astral]] saw Shark's past life, leading Durbe to suspect that Shark and Rio are [[Nasch]] and Merag. However, according to [[Don Thousand]], Vector is responsible for Merag's and Nasch's disappearance as the god states that Vector killed thembut it is unknown whether he as referring to their past live or their lives as Barians.<ref name="ep109">{{episode|Yu-Gi-Oh!
