Everybody say that are impossible a rank/level 13 monster exits. But they are wrong, reminding, Greed Quasar can level up to 13 or beyond, Synchro Hero can up the level of the monster but don't put a limit like (max. 12). Also Eliphas, the user of this card is a god, he is omnipotent and the impossible are possible to him, also the shining draw can do the impossible creating powerful card and adding then to the owner hand.
