Changes

**Both "Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon" and "Rune-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" can attack multiple times depending on a monster's level ("Rune-Eyes" depends on it's Fusion Material's level, while "Rebellion Dragon" depends on the Level 7 or below monsters destroyed by it's own effect).

**"Beast-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" and "Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon" can inflict damage depending on a monster's ATK ("Beast-Eyes" inflicts damage equal to it's Fusion Material's ATK, while "Rebellion Dragon" inflicts damage equal to the total ATK of all the monster destroyed by it's own effect).
