** This card's name is a portmanteau of the Synchro Materials that were used to Synchro Summon it in the [[Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V - Episode 061|anime]]: "Ino" (猪 ''Inoshishi'', literal "Boar", from "[[Cardian - Hagi ni Inoshishi]]"), "Shika" (鹿 ''Shika'', literal "Deer", from "[[Cardian - Momiji ni Shika]]") and "Chō" (蝶 ''Chō'', literal "Butterfly", from "[[Cardian - Botan ni Cho]]"). Also, this card's appearance reflects this Cardian's name, where Inoshikacho wears a boar armor (Ino), the deer's antlers (Shika) and the butterfly-shaped shield (Cho).
