* In episode 146, Zane uses this card during his duel against Jaden Yuki. He summons this card "Power Bond". Due to the latter's effect, the ATK of this card is doubled. Zane then activates the first effect of "Armored Cybern" to equip it to this card. Zane then activates the second effect of "Armored Cybern" four times to destroy all cards on Jaden's side of the field and decrease this card's ATK by 4000 (1000 for each card destroyed). Zane then tries to use this card to attack directly, but his heart problems start acting up, which ends the duel with no result.
* In episode 148, Zane uses this card during his Duel against Jesse while the latter was possessed by Yubel. He summons this card via "Power Bond". Due to the second effect of "Power Bond", this card's ATK is doubled. This card then attacks "Rainbow Dark Dragon", but Jesse activates "Counter Gem" to take "Advanced Crystal Beast Amethyst Cat", "Advanced Crystal Beast Emerald Tortoise", "Advanced Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle", "Advanced Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus", and "Advanced Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger" from his Graveyard and place them in his Spell & Trap Card Zone as Continuous Spell Cards. Jesse then sends all Advanced Crystal Beasts in his Spell & Trap Card Zone to the Graveyard in order to increase the ATK of "Rainbow Dark Dragon" by 1000 for each monster sent to the Graveyard this way. With five sent this way, this card gains 5000 ATK. Zane then activates "Cybernetic Zone" to banish this card from the field until the End Phase. On Zane's End Phase, this card is returned to the field and its ATK is doubled. The last effect of "Power Bond" then inflicts damage to Zane equal to this card's original ATK, defeating him.
** In the duel that marks Zane's death in the alternate dimension (he is revived later and somehow washes up at Duel Academy), he plays this card, his final wish being that it represents his power. As such, it has a brighter appearance, with rainbow coloring marking its studs.
** This card is also shown in a series of flashbacks Zane has when he remembers all of the instances where "Power Bond" helped make his life shine brightly.
