* There exists an illegal version of [[Skull Knight]], [[Yasushi the Skull Knight]] and another counterpart named [[Skull Knight 2]].
* It is one of two odd Fusion monsters whose Fusion-Material Monsters (at least one) are not the same type as the Monster itself; it is a [[Spellcaster]]-type, but its two Fusion-materials ("[[Ancient Brain]]" and "Tainted wisdom") are [[Fiend]]-type, NOT Spellcaster-type. The other is "[[Aqua Dragon]]", a [[Sea Serpent]]-type; its fusion-materials "[[Fairy Dragon]]" ([[Dragon]]), "[[Amazon of the Seas]]" ([[Fish]]), and "[[Zone Eater]]" ([[Aqua]]).
