:: It doesn't give the possibility of Synchro Summoning any monster that would require more materials than Citree itself and the Level 3 non-tuner Tuner it Summoned. That's the point. This restriction makes it impossible to include Quandax on the equation, so Quarion cannot be Summoned by this combo.
