* As its name suggest, this card is a much weaker version of one of the most powerful card in the game, the [[Forbidden]] [[Spell Cards|Spell]] "[[Raigeki]].
* This card's name may be a reference to "[[Raigeki]]" which is a [[Forbidden]] [[Spell Cards|Spell Card]] with the same effect but without the restriction of the opponent having a full field.
* The card's name in Japanese (封魔一閃) is partially seen in the form of the thunderbolts (Specifically the kanji for "sealed magic": 封魔).
*This card has a counterpart for [[Spell Cards|Spell]]s and [[Trap Cards|Trap]]s, "[[Straight Flush]]".
