* "[[Guardian Elma]]" is featured in the artwork of "[[Arsenal Summoner]]".
* "[[Butterfly Dagger - Elma]]" is featured in this card's artwork. In fact, each of the Guardians are holding their respective Equip Cards in their card artworks, which explains why they cannot be Summoned unless the respective Equip Card is on the field.
* Due to the banning of [[Butterfly Dagger - Elma]] Guardian Elma can now only be face-up on the field by first being set face-down, then flipped face up from an attack or card effect, but has no effect so is left obsolete in the [[Advanced Format]].
 
* This card is the only [[Guardian]] monster that doesn't need it's clothes edited.
