* Use "[[Brain Control]]" to first take control of "[[Lava Golem]]" and have "[[Remove Brainwashing]]" set. This way you can deal the initial 3000 damage from the attack, return the monster to your opponent for a further 1000 damage, then take it back and use "[[Spiritual Fire Art - Kurenai]]" to deal a final 3000 damage, for a total of 7000 damage and getting rid of 2 monsters on your opponent's field.
*Activate this card while "[[Seed of Flame]]" on the field and if you control it, you can revive on [[Level 4]] or lower [[Plant-Type]] monster in your Graveyard, except "Seed of Flame"; and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Seed Token" (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your opponent's side of the field in Defense Position. That Token cannot be [[Tributed]] for a [[Tribute Summon]].
-activate "[[Battle Mania]]" or "[[Staunch Defender]]" if the opponent has no other "Monsters"or lower attack point "Monsters" on the field to force the "[[Seed Token]]' and the [[Special Summon]]ed "Monster" to battle.
* Since this card uses the [[original ATK]] of a Monster to calculate damage, you can use it to counter effects that substantially lower the attack power of your monsters such as "[[Venom Swamp]]" and "[[Shrink]]".
