Shadi was the guardian of ancient Egyptian tombs and the modern day holder of the [[Millennium Key]] and [[Millennium Scale|Scales]]. He uses the Key to enter people's [[soul room]]s and redecorate the room to control the individual, when he sees fit and uses the Scales to measure people's sins and punish them as he sees fit.

Shadi is a tall and thin Egyptian man with blue eyes. His head is bald, apparently from an early age. He usually dresses in simple while and cream robes with a turban on his head and simple orange shoes. He wears the [[Millennium Key|Millennium Ankh]] around his neck on a string, and his ears are pierced with golden rings hanging from strings. He takes on this appearance in his youth and as a spirit.
As Hasan, Shadi is a tall and muscular man wearing a loincloth, a black cloak, and a golden Pharaoh's mask. He has images of the [[Millennium Items]] traced on his body.
