If my opponent chains "[[Royal Decree]]", what happens?| A = Even if "[[Royal Decree]]" is chained to "[[ManhuntCrackdown]]", the activation is not negated, so "[[ManhuntCrackdown]]" continues to target the targeted monster. Afterward, if the effect of "[[Royal Decree]]" stops applying, the effect of "[[ManhuntCrackdown]]" will apply and take control of the targeted monster. (As a result, the part of the effect that prevents that monster from attacking or activating its effects is also applied.)

The part of the effect that prevents that monster from attacking or activating its effects is also applied, so if it is flipped face-up afterward, it cannot attack or activate its effects.
