:The recent changes pretty much serves that purpose. All submissions to the rulings namespace are always checked. The issue isn't that incorrect material is being posted unnoticed. you should make it only so registered users can edit. It would put of vandals, or make it so that unregistered users' edits aren't shown. Or if they do it three times registered then they can't edit.
