Life Stream Dragon has appeared in in the Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's opening theme "[[BELIEVE IN NEXUS]]" and the ending themes "[[CROSS GAME]]" and "[[Close to you]]".
This is just a thought, not a fact, but the reason that no one was able to sense Leo's ability as a signer may be because the machine armor on Power Tool Dragon was sealing Leo's and his own power. Similar to how Gearfried the Swordmaster's power was sealed by his iron armor and transformed into Gearfried the Iron knight.
