* In episode 106, this card can be seen when Duke Devlin, Tristan Taylor, and Serenity Wheeler were building their Decks for their Duel against Nezbitt. This was the only known card that Duke selected for his Deck.
* The only time this card was actually played was in episode 107. Duke Devlin was in a three-on-one Duel with Tristan Taylor and Serenity Wheeler against Nezbitt, and used this card in an attempt to turn the Duel around. Its effects were shown as follows: Rolling a 1 caused the corresponding monster to use lose 1000 ATK, rolling a 5 caused the monster's original ATK to be halved, and rolling a 6 caused the monster's original ATK to be doubled. The effects received when rolling a 2, 3, or 4 were never shown. The effect was seen to last only throughout the Damage Step.
* This card's effect first activated when Duke's "Orgoth the Relentless" attacked Nezbitt's "Machine King". Nezbitt rolled a 1, causing "Machine King" lose 1000 ATK, while Duke rolled a 6, which doubled "Orgoth"'s original ATK. "Orgoth"'s attack then successfully destroyed "Machine King". This card's effect activated a second time when Nezbitt's "Perfect Machine King" attacked "Orgoth". Nezbitt rolled a 5, halving "Perfect Machine King"'s original ATK, while Duke rolled a 1, causing "Orgoth" to lose 1000 ATK. "Perfect Machine King"'s attack then destroyed "Orgoth", in turn destroying this card as "Orgoth" had been Duke's only monster on his side of the field. Nezbitt commented that this card doesn't make sense at all.
