* As "[[Dedication through Light and Darkness]]" is a [[Quick-Play Spell Cards|Quick-Play Spell Card]], you can first attack with "[[Dark Magician]]", and then play "[[Dedication through Light and Darkness]]" (even from your hand) and be able to also attack with "[[Dark Magician of Chaos]]" during the same [[Battle Phase]].
* Use [[Silent Doom]], [[Ancient Rules]], or [[Birthright]] to get [[Dark Magician]] on the field more easily.
* When you special summon "[[Dark Magician of Chaos]]" as a result of "[[Dedication through Light and Darkness]]", return "[[Monster Reborn]]" to your hand as a result of "[[Dark Magician of Chaos]]"'s effect, and special summon the tributed "[[Dark Magician]]".
