Lore[edit]

If you're going to make a page on this, at least provide the videogame lore for the card that singlehandedly supports the archetype. =P --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 00:12, February 25, 2013 (UTC)

See Template talk:DOR card#Applicable power-ups. I don't have the DOR lore for "Insect Imitation", nor do we have an image of it. ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 00:35, February 25, 2013 (UTC)
Mmmm, could you make a note of it on the archetype page then? At last say something like it's not specifically mentioned, but all the monsters "Insect Imitation" affects happen to have エッ E' in their card names (since it appears that "Elf's Light" doesn't affect all monsters that have the Japanese name for "Elf" in their card names, as it should). --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 00:50, February 25, 2013 (UTC)
The lore for "Insect Imitation" is Randomly transforms any monster with "Egg" in its name to another monster. The "Egg" monsters' lores say what kind of monsters they can transform into. -- Deltaneos (talk) 01:08, February 25, 2013 (UTC)
Then I'll just copy that down verbatim. On a side note, those <q> marks didn't seem to do anything Delt, or maybe it's just on my end with the Wikia skin. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 01:28, February 25, 2013 (UTC)
:/ <q> marks text as being a quote. I don't know why the oasis.scss resets the default styling for some of these tags. In Monobook, it adds quotation marks, italics and changes the font to a serif one. -- Deltaneos (talk) 01:39, February 25, 2013 (UTC)
The quotes are added by the browser, so different browsers may not feature them in Monobook, and the other styling appears to be added by Extension:WikiHiero, going off of what Chrome's data inspector says. ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 03:46, February 25, 2013 (UTC)
Well, idk, all I know is that I'm using Google Chrome on a Mac (and using the Wikia skin) and that nothing visibly has changed with the text around the words Deltaneos put the <q> marks around them. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 04:07, February 25, 2013 (UTC)
