Rename page

There is no character called Ryo in the Tag Force series. This character's page should be named Kozo Nishino. That's his name in the original version and there were two different "Rio" in the Tag Force games before him.

I wonder should we revise how naming is handled for these Tag Force characters. I think maybe we should use the English version name for all characters and clarify which game(s) in brackets. e.g. something like:

• Rio (GX Tag Force)
• Rio (Tag Force 4)
• Rio (Tag Force 5 and 6)
