:Maybe only 1 in 6 students are girls. That would balance out the numbers in each dorm. I think, but don't know, it's even less than 1 in 6 girls play the card game in real life. Certian luxuries have been offered to girls, who participate in fields largely dominated by men, such as science and maths to encourage more girls to take interest in them. Such could be the case with Duel Monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. Maybe it is unfair, but that's life.
