Konami said that this is the one-hundredth championship. But there are 75 Shonen Jump Championships and our Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series currently lists this as the 26th Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series. That would make it the 101st. Konami agree that there are 75 SJCs and there's references for all 26 YCS posted there.
