Biggest Rule screw in all Zexal Manga's history

Ok, either the writers of this chapter do not know the rules of the game well, or they just didn't care. You know how when Archlord Kristya is on the field, at full power, a player CANNOT tribute hir to summon Volcanic Queen or Lava golem, since they ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN ATTEMPT a special summon? How come Yuma Xyz summoned a monster whose effect was preventing effects, THE ACTIVATION OF EFFECTS TO RUB MORE SALTS IN THE WOUND (Anti-Hope has a continuous effect), when he wasn't allowed to attempt this to begin with? 1. Yoshida = Bad duel writing.

2. IRL rules =/= In universe rules, making a comparison between the two isn't worth it when the rules are different. Else, you would need to complain every time a negated Extra Deck monster was re-summoned form the graveyard.
