===Evolutions===
Each of the Three Musketeers has an [[Card evolutions|evolved]] form. Each evolution involves using all the Three Musketeers as [[material]]s for different [[Summoning mechanic]]s. These monsters share a similar naming pattern where their names start with "Arcana" (a reference to the card medium) and end with "Joker" (a reference to the [[wikipedia:Joker (playing card)|Joker]] card). 

"[[Royal Straight Slasher]]" is another combined form of the Three Musketeers, except it is not based on a specific Musketeer. Instead of the Joker, it is instead based on a [[wikipedia:List of poker hands#Straight flush|royal straight flush]], the best possible hand in ace-high games.

==Playing style==
The main purpose of this [[series]] is to [[swarm]] the [[field]] using the effect of "[[King's Knight]]", which can only be [[activate]]d if "[[Queen's Knight]]" is on the field, and is used to [[Special Summon]] "[[Jack's Knight]]". They can be used as [[Tribute]] fodder, or can be [[Fusion Summon|Fused]], [[Tribute]]d or used as [[Link Material]]s to Summon the ultimate monsters: "[[Arcana Knight Joker]]", "[[Arcana Triumph Joker]]" and "[[Arcana Extra Joker]]", respectively. Also, since "King" and "Queen's Knight" are [[Level]] 4 monsters, they can easily be used as [[Xyz Material]]s for most [[Xyz Monster]]s.
