Right, so who the heck am I?
To start, I've been a fan of Yu-Gi-Oh! since the early days, way back when Duelist Kingdom had just started airing on 4Kids, if you can believe it. I can safely say my favorite series was 5D's, but near the end of 5D's for a couple reasons, I ended up drifting into a Yu-Gi-Oh! hiatus. A few years later, I find a couple guys who were also interested in the game, and I started getting back into it near the end of Zexal, most notably with the advent of such "nostalgia sets" as the Yugi and Kaiba Reloaded decks.
Deck types I like to play[edit]
Synchros are definitely very important to me, and I much prefer them to Xyz and Pendulums. I understand that they can all be really good, I just prefer the cadence of Synchro decks (and it helps that 5D's is my favorite series).
I also like Dragon decks, despite having for the longest time been unable to make an effective one. Rise of the True Dragons was the first deck in a while I was really excited for.
Machines are something that I've always liked, all the way from Bandit Keith's powerful machines in Duelist Kingdom, Yugi's gadgets in the waning hours of the original series, Crowler's Ancient Gears in Duel Academy, and especially Machinas. Oh, Machinas, how I wish you would get more love so you could fight the meta. Maybe after the new Ancient Gears...just maybe.
Oh, and I can't forget Kaiju/Graydle. I really like Kaiju/Graydle.
