From what I'm seeing the "Mentions in Other Rulings" have no use for the OCG Rulings since each ruling does not belong especially to a specific card (Unless the ''"Effect Monster > Kuriboh"'' rulings), so shouldn't be better if, for example, a ruling that mentions 2 (or more) cards be used as a main Ruling for both cards instead of as main Ruling for the one card, and "Mentions in Other Rulings" ruling for the other?

Or we can place a ruling as "Mentions in Other Rulings" ruling only if a card is mentioned on an ''"Effect Monster > Kuriboh"'' ruling, as it happens with [[Trap of Board Eraser]]'s ruling!
