[[Yuma Tsukumo|Yuma]]'s [[hand]] contains "[[Reserve Cyclone]]", "[[Heartfelt Appeal (anime)|Heartfelt Appeal]]", "[[Attraffic Control (anime)|Attraffic Control]]" and "[[Gagaga Magician (anime)|Gagaga Magician]]", while he [[Draw a card|draws]] "[[Kagetokage (anime)|Kagetokage]]". Yuma [[Normal Summon]]s "Gagaga Magician" (1500/1000). As he has Normal Summoned a [[Monster Card|monster]], Yuma [[activate]]s the effect of the "Kagetokage" in his hand, [[Special Summon]]ing it (1100/1500). Yuma [[Xyz Material|overlays]] his two [[Level]] 4 monsters to [[Xyz Summon]] "[[Number 39: Utopia (anime)|Number 39: Utopia]]" (2500/2000) in [[Attack Position]]. "Utopia" attacks "[[Beast-Warrior Puma (anime)|Beast-Warrior Puma]]", but [[Nelson Andrews|Nelson]] activates his [[face-down]] "[[Wings of Unity]]", [[negate|negating]] the attack as he [[control]]s a "[[Esper Star Sparrow (anime)|Esper Star Sparrow]]" and Special Summoning "[[Phoenix Beast Gairuda (anime)|Phoenix Beast Gairuda]]" (2500/1200) from his [[Main Deck|Deck]] in Attack Position. Its [[effect]] activates as it was Summoned, letting Nelson [[draw a card]]. Yuma [[Set]]s a card.

Esper Star Sparrow", "Beast-Warrior Puma", and "Phoenix Beast Gairuda". Nelson activates the effect of "[[Number 83: Galaxy Queen (anime)|Number 83: Galaxy Queen]]", [[detach]]ing an Overlay Unit ("Galaxy Queen" ORU 2 → 1) to allow his monsters to inflict [[piercing]] damage this turn and become immune to being [[destroyed by battle]] until Yuma's next [[End Phase]]. "Gairuda" attacks "Utopia", with the effect of the former card increasing its ATK by 300 during the [[Damage Step]] (2500 → 2800). Yuma activates the effect of "Utopia", detaching an Overlay Unit ("Utopia" ORU 2 → 1) to [[negate]] the attack. "Esper Star Sparrow" attacks "Utopia", but Yuma activates the effect of "Utopia", detaching an Overlay Unit ("Utopia" ORU 1 → 0) to negate the attack. Nelson activates the effect of "Ironhammer", letting him [[target]] a Level 4 or lower monster he controls and allow it to attack [[direct attack|directly]]. "Puma" attacks directly (Yuma 2400 → 800). Yuma activates his face-down "Heartfelt Appeal" as he was attacked directly, letting him take control of the monster Nelson controls with the highest [[DEF]] until his next End Phase, though it may not attack and its effects are negated. Yuma takes controls of "Ironhammer" and Nelson Sets a card.  

Yuma activates "Attraffic Control", preventing Nelson from attacking when he controls three or more monsters. Yuma Sets two cards. During the End Phase, "Ironhammer" returns to Nelson's control.

Nelson activates his face-down "[[Change to Jet Iron]]", [[Tribute|Tributing]] "Sparrow", "Puma", "Gairuda", and "Ironhammer" to Special Summon "[[Dimensional Jet Iron (anime)|Dimensional Jet Iron]]" (0/0) from his Deck in Attack Position. Its ATK becomes equal the combined total ATK of the Tributed monsters ("D.D." Jet Iron" 0 → 8000). As an opponent's monster gained ATK, Yuma activates his face-down "[[Fiery Fervor (anime)|Fiery Fervor]]", [[equip]]ping it to "Utopia" and doubling its ATK (2500 → 5000). "Jet Iron" attacks "Utopia", but Yuma activates his face-down "Reserve Cyclone" as a monster he controlled switched control and was Tributed, letting him destroy a [[Spell Card|Spell]] or [[Trap Card]] Nelson controls. He destroys the "[[Furious Max's Curse]]" equipped to "Galaxy Queen". Yuma then activates face-down "[[Vector Change]]" as his opponent declared an attack, switching the attacking "Jet Iron" to Defense Position and "Galaxy Queen" to Attack Position. Nelson Sets a card.

"Utopia" attacks "Galaxy Queen", but Nelson activates his face-down "[[Star Sparrow Forever]]", Special Summoning "Esper Star Sparrow" from his [[Graveyard]] in Attack Position with 0 ATK (3000 → 0/1500) and changing the attack target to it. (Nelson 4000 → 0).
