A One-Shot Run (一撃疾走(ワンショット・ラン), Wan Shotto Ran) is a type of Duel fought on Duel Runners in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's manga.

Each player Summons one monster. The two monsters battle each other, where their success is dictated by the Feel of their controller. Each player starts with 2 shields, each divided into 6 crests.
