| + | lol, i rather say that this card's effect should have been with "Leviathan Dragon"; they just fit together. i mean gaining 500 ATK per turn doesn't make much difference. making another face-up lose 1000 ATK seems so much better. So, what do you guys think of Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray? good? bad? Discuss
I personally think, "meh, could have been better". i still like Number 39: Utopia's effect better than that monster. Also, unless there's a clearer effect translation for its Summon, then that's just messed up. LastMinute (talk • contribs) 00:26, August 9, 2011 (UTC)
