So, originally the Deck Guide Project (In the Sticky Section of the General Forum), was created by User:Tantara a few years ago. Since then, some duelists have come along and created new guides, or updated older ones. What I want to suggest, is that if there are GOOD duelists, who understand deck types like a pro, then why not come and try to join and start a new Deck Guide team? All in all, I think most people like the Deck Guides, and I'd like to start a new team to handle the guides/update older ones, since summer is going to be on us in about a month.

Do you guys want to form a new deck guide team? If you support just add your thoughts below. If there is enough support, I'll go ahead and do a total makeover on the Deck Guide Page. ---Dark Ace SP (Talk) 22:49, May 3, 2012 (UTC)

Thoughts

I'd be up for doing Six Samurai, as it is the deck I'm most familiar with, could help out on a few other's that i've tried using before. Doz Bate: Stay (sic)!! 01:07, May 4, 2012 (UTC)

What I wanted to do is make the page more like Forum:Decks for Free! in terms of the organization. And I was thinking that instead of creating new updated guides to replace old ones, we can just replace the old links with links to the new guides. And I can create a Credit Page of sorts to give credit to the original writer(s), this would ensure that the right person gets credit, but at the same time we can get rid of the current "Updated Guide" Table as well as the tags by some of the older guides.
Maybe we could even set up an editing committee to edit the guides, as well as proof read them. This lets any wiki user create a guide, but at the same time ensures that the guide has the needed information as well. ---Dark Ace SP (Talk) 01:35, May 4, 2012 (UTC)
