This monster is the cover card for Clash of Rebellions.
This is the first Xyz Pendulum Monster to be revealed in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime.
- Which technically makes it the first Xyz Monster that can be Pendulum Summoned without the requirements of an Xyz Summon, though only when it's face-up in the Extra Deck.

This monster resembles both "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" and "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon", the cards Yuya used to Summon this monster for the first time.
- It's effects also seem to be derived from their effects as its first effect affects monsters of a certain Level (like both of their Anime effects) and can inflict damage based on the affected monster(s)' ATK, can increase attacks (instead of ATK points or battle damage), and allows the player to use a Pendulum Monster from their Deck with its Pendulum Effect.
