OCG Rulings
- [Regarding the effect "If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Memento" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Memento Fairywitch"."[1]
- It is a Trigger Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
- It can also be activated during the Damage Step.
- [Regarding the effect "You can target 1 Level 2 or lower "Memento" monster in your GY; destroy 1 "Memento" monster you control, and if you do, Special Summon the targeted monster."[1]
- It is an Ignition Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
- When resolving this effect, destroy 1 "Memento" monster you control, and if it is successfully destroyed, Special Summon the targeted monster.
- Destroying a monster you control and Special Summoning the targeted monster occur simultaneously.
