- In episode 38, Carly Carmine as a Dark Signer Summoned "Fortune Lady Light" against Sayer. Since "Future Visions" was in play, "Light" got removed from play, allowing her to Special Summon "Fortune Lady Fire" from her Deck, which activated its effect, allowing her to destroy Sayer's "Magical Android" and inflict 2400 damage to him.
- In episode 39, it was returned to Carly's control. She then used it along with "Fortune Lady Fire" to Tribute Summon "Earthbound Immortal Aslla piscu".
- In episode 58, in Carly Carmine's duel with Jack Atlas, she summoned this card in defense position. She later tribute it to summon Fortune Lady Earth and Fortune Lady Dark.
