- This is one of the cover cards of Structure Deck: Pegasus.
- This card is the "Toon" counterpart of "Gemini Elf".
- While "Mystical Elf" has a feminine Portuguese name ("Elfa Mística"), this card has a masculine name ("Elfos Gêmeos Toon") like "Gemini Elf", despite the fact both of the elves are female.
- This is the first Toon monster with an additional effect that the original monster doesn't have, other than its generic "Toon" effects. Ironically, this card's original monster, "Gemini Elf", is a Normal Monster. It was later followed by "Red-Eyes Toon Dragon" and "Toon Dark Magician".
