what can't skill drain negate?
flips? monarchs? exiled force? help? gb monsters?
- Skill Drain will not negate the effect of the Gladiator Beasts or Exiled Force because they are not on the field when their effects resolve. Skill Drain will not negate a Flip Effect or Monarchs' effects while the monster is not on the field when the effect resolve.
