"Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude":

Since costs and activation requirements are not paid, or do not have to be met, using cards such as "Destiny Draw" or "Magical Stone Excavation" will get you free cards. "Primal Seed" also works, even without either of "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" or "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End" in your Deck.

Also, you can activate cards like "Ojama Delta Hurricane!!" without the "Ojamas".

This works nearly TO well with "Final Countdown" since your next turn you win the duel.
