Previously Official Rulings
 | These TCG rulings were issued by Upper Deck Entertainment and have since been declared unofficial by Konami.[1] They were previously considered official and can still be correct, as long as they follow the official gameplay rules, or unless Konami has issued a ruling that says otherwise. - If "Hero Kid" is Special Summoned during the Damage Step, you can activate its effect and Special Summon 1 or 2 "Hero Kids" from your Deck.
Mentions in Other Rulings
- Miracle Kids: You cannot activate "Miracle Kids" if you have no "Hero Kid" cards in your Graveyard.
- Miracle Kids: The ATK reduction of "Miracle Kids" is determined and applied when "Miracle Kids" resolves. Even if a "Hero Kid" card is removed from the Graveyard after that, the ATK reduction of "Miracle Kids" remains.
