In Hindu and Buddhist mythology, Nagas are a race of divine beings which take the forms of serpents or snake-people.

This card is one of the few monsters that has blanket immunity from spells, traps and effects of monsters. The only things that can send it to the Graveyard are battle or the effects of Lava Golem and Volcanic Queen.

This card was edited in the international version to have more scales on its lower region, due to its female appearance. It is also recolored and has cleavage removed.
