- This card can be searched by "Macro Cosmos", "Bonfire", "Infernal Flame Banshee", "Shadow's Light", "Toy Soldier", "Photon Veil", "Chaos Zone", "Summoner Monk", "Primathmech Alembertian", "Battle Royal Mode - Joining", "Vampire Dragon", "Resonator Engine", "Soul Rope", "Rescue Ferret", and other generic searchers.
- This card was designed to work with "Macro Cosmos".
- To further improve its ATK, try using "Soul Release" for a quick boost.
- For an instant Tuner from your deck, Special Summon this monster using "Macro Cosmos" and activate "Lightwave Tuning". You can then Normal Summon a Level 4 non-Tuner and Synchro Summon for a Level 8 Synchro Monster.
- This card can also be used in conjunction with "Dimensional Fissure".
- "Skull Lair" is a good way to both power up "Helios" and clear your opponent's Field at the same time.
- You must either have "Helios - The Primordial Sun" in your hand or "Chaos Zone" on the field for this tip to work. A tricky way to summon and power up "Helios - The Primordial Sun" is to have "Macro Cosmos" and "Inferno Tempest" face down during your opponent's turn. When you take 3000 damage to your life points from only one attack, activate "Inferno Tempest" to banish every monster from both graveyards and decks. Then activate "Macro Cosmos" to special summon "Helios - The Primordial Sun" from your hand, with a nice boost. In the alternative, you can remove Chaos Counters to special summon Helios.
