  • If, somehow, you have "Fortune Lady Earth" on the field and maxed out her level stars, you can take advantage of this card by lowering them back down again, adding to the number of turns in which "Fortune Lady Earth" can increase her level stars. This would mean another few turns on the field resulting in effect damage.
  • You can also use "Time Passage" on a Fortune Lady, that has not reached maximum stars, giving you the three stars you need for "Solitaire Magician's" effect without risk of a 0 attack monster on your side of the field.
