This Lockdown prevents your opponent from activating Spells, if Anti-Spell Fragrance forces your opponentt to Set them before use
You should Set Anti-Spell Fragrance, and when activated, your opponent should only Set all Spells instead of activating them. With Spell Canceller though, not only should your opponent Set their Spells, but they are forbidden from activating any! This results into a cruel Spell Lockdown. However, the only weaknesses are Spell and Trap destroying and negating effects.
