Duel Anchor is an device worn on the wrist possessed by Kaito Tenjo. It allows him to connect himself via an invisible link to his target, preventing the target from escaping until Kaito releases them. The anchor initially appears as a red whip, before fading once it has anchored to the target's wrist.[1] He himself can disconnect the link but the target cannot.[2]
