- This card can be searched by "Serpentine Princess", "Vampire Dragon", "Spellbook of Secrets", "Apprentice Magician", "Magician's Circle", "Shark Cruiser" and "Mother Grizzly".
- This card's effect can be activated by Special Summoning it Face-down with the effect of "Apprentice Magician". If they attack it, you can add a "Spellbook" card to your hand, or if they have already attacked with all their monsters, you can Flip Summon "Spellbook Magician of Prophecy" on your turn.
- Active "Spellbook of Secrets" to add this card to your hand and Normal Summon it, then add "Spellbook of Life" from the deck (via its effect). Then send it to the Graveyard with "Wonder Wand" to draw 2 card, and banish it from the Graveyard for the effect of "Spellbook of Life". This way, his low ATK is a non-issue.
