- This card works well in a "Cyberdark Dragon" Deck with Dragons in the Fusion Deck. Use this to counter Effect Damage and discard a Dragon. When you summon "Cyberdark Dragon", you can equip it with a Fusion Monster (which is usually more powerful than other Dragon cards). Good examples include "Dragon Master Knight" and "Five-Headed Dragon".
- You can also dump the previously mentioned monsters for the effect of "Felgrand Dragon".
- Use this card to dump a Fusion Monster with a powerful effect, then copy that effect with "Phantom of Chaos".
- use this card to dump Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon in the graveyard and activate Dragon's Mirror to fuse it with a fusion substitute (or Black Luster Soldier ofcourse) to get Dragon Master Knight out without having to summon the ultimate.
- You can use it to drop destiny end dragoon and summon it next turn with the effect.
